Cancellation Policy

Sacred space requires preparation. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance so that I may open and hold space with intention. Once your session is reserved, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. Energy exchange is sacred, and each session time is held especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice so the time may be released back into the flow. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or late arrivals are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. For email/PDF readings, all sales are final once your request has been submitted, as the work begins before delivery. These readings are delivered within 3–5 business days. No refunds are available for dissatisfaction with the messages received, as Spirit guides the process. Please note: I cannot guarantee that a specific loved one will come through in a mediumship session. Spirit determines who steps forward, and messages come in the way you most need to receive them. While I will always channel with integrity and compassion, I cannot promise specific outcomes — only that your session will be held with care and truth. Sessions are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. I am not a medical professional and do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I cannot answer health-related questions, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment. Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed upon in advance. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior consent. I reserve the right to refuse or end a session at my discretion. In such cases, a refund will be issued if no service has been rendered. As life has its ups and downs, there may be rare occasions where I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, I ask for your patience and understanding, and I will work with you to find the soonest available time. All sessions are held by phone, video, or email unless otherwise agreed. You will not need to provide a physical address. All times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST). If a session time is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if the space opens so you may step into it.
