Booking & Preparation
Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance so I may prepare and hold space with intention.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, cannot be refunded.

Email & PDF Readings
Email and PDF readings (Tarot, Astrology, Cardology) are delivered within 3–5 business days.

One clarification email is included. All sales are final once the reading is delivered.

Spirit-Led Connections
I cannot guarantee who will come through in a mediumship session or what messages Spirit will bring forward.

You may ask for Aunt Edna, but Grandpa Joe may step in.

I promise to hold space with integrity and compassion, but the process is Spirit-led, not controlled.

Outcomes of sessions cannot be guaranteed.

Messages and guidance are Spirit-led and offered for your reflection and empowerment.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to decline any session request that feels unsafe, unethical, or out of alignment.

Age Restriction
All clients must be 18 years or older to book a service.

Clients under 18 may only book with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

​

Agreement
By booking a session, class, or service with me,

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Policies & Terms.

This agreement is binding whether or not you have signed a separate document.
