Booking & Scheduling

All services begin with an email conversation to ensure the service is a good fit for your needs.

Sessions, classes, mentorship appointments, and readings are scheduled in advance and held specifically for you.

All times are listed in Eastern Time (ET).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session if scheduling does not allow additional time.

Email Readings

Email readings are typically delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise discussed.

Because work begins before delivery, email readings are non-refundable once the reading process has started.

One clarification email is included if something requires additional explanation.

 

Mediumship & Spirit Communication

No two mediumship sessions are exactly alike.

While many people hope to connect with a specific loved one, I cannot guarantee who will come through or what information may be shared.

Each session is its own experience, and messages often come through in unexpected ways.

Confidentiality

All sessions, readings, and communications are treated as confidential.

Your personal information will never be shared without your permission unless required by law.

 

Client Responsibility

Guidance is offered to provide insight, perspective, and understanding.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following any session, reading, class, or mentorship experience.

Health, Legal & Financial Disclaimer

I am not a doctor, therapist, attorney, financial advisor, or licensed mental health professional.

Nothing offered through readings, classes, mentorship, mediumship, or other services should be considered medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

Please consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

 

No Guarantees

All services are intended to provide insight, education, perspective, and personal growth.

Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Sessions provide guidance and awareness, not promises or predictions.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue any service request that feels unsafe, unethical, inappropriate, or outside my scope of practice.

 

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian involved in the booking process and present when appropriate.

 

Entertainment Notice

For legal purposes, all services are offered for entertainment, educational, and personal development purposes only.

By booking a session, reading, class, mentorship, or other service, you acknowledge and accept this.

Agreement

By booking any session, reading, class, mentorship, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Policies & Terms.
